Sweet and tangy barbecue sauce is the perfect flavor companion for spicy varieties of kale like Lacinato and Asian Ornamental. If you can’t find a good quality frozen whole wheat dough in the supermarket, ask your local pizzeria for a pound of the fresh stuff. Courtesy of Jennifer Iserloh
