Bok Choy, a mild juicy cruciferous veg, grills up beautifully in this simple side dish. If you don’t want to top it with Kale-onaise, try a good quality balsamic, kale pesto, or caesar dressing.

Serves 4

1 pound bok choy
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup kale-onaise

In a skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the bok choy to the hot oil and sear on each side for 2 minutes. Transfer to a platter, season with salt, and spoon on the kale-onaise.
